AIA Loss Assessors Limited are a firm of Public Loss Assessors, based in Mayo, that offer you unrivaled service in handling your insurance claim. With over thirty years experience between construction, surveying, estimating and loss assessing we have the knowledge to successfully deal with your claim and ensure the best possible settlement on your behalf.
Following an insured loss to your home or business premises AIA Loss Assessors will act on your behalf. We will fully examine your policy documents and determine what type of claim can be submitted to your insurance company.
We will then prepare, formulate, submit and negotiate the claim on your behalf. We are experienced professionals and will liaise with your insurance company and/or Loss Adjuster thus relieving you of the stresses, strains, costs and time associated with dealing with the claim.
We have handled many claims arising from flood, fire and storm damage, burst pipe, electrical faults, impact, burglary, public and product liability and third party claims. Distance is no object, we handle claims in Mayo, Galway, Roscommon and Sligo and we also provide a nationwide service.
We have also prepared, compiled and submitted detailed Insurance claims for Solicitors as part of legal proceedings.
We have further successfully negotiated claims on behalf of clients where their insurance policy contained clauses insuring against consequential loss and business interruption, i.e. loss of future profit/earnings.
At AIA Loss Assessors we do not charge a fee for our initial consultation/site visit, we agree a fee with our Clients prior to appointment and on a “No Foal, No Fee” basis. We are also authorised to operate in the United Kingdom where we have successfully represented and settled claims on behalf of our Clients in the UK.
